The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. I would recommend anyone to stay here, even if it is for a night to enjoy the view from the roof bar."

"The location is 5 stars. Covered walkway to Osaka Train Station, easy for travellers with luggages. In a building where Uniqlo and host of products resides. Lots of food option within the same building. Pokemon store at Dimaru which is 5 mins covered walkway walking distance. "

"A more formal south-Asian vibe - not as Japanese as one would have hoped for. Cleanliness and staff excellent but overall not as suitable for a more casual traveler. Views excellent. "

"Breakfast option not good - overpriced, medium quality (in a Sizzler?). Lounge drinks ver overpriced. Great otherwise. Interesting room layout, views great from upper floors but windows on the small side. Excellent staff and service. "
