"Beautiful spot, very scenic, and easy check-in and check out! Thanks!"

"Overall all nice stay. Thank you"

"The unit was very clean and nicely done."

"Exactly as advertised and fun for kids. My 7 year old enjoyed all the games. The lake is a mile down the road but beautiful water and dog friendly! Our gps tried to take us down the wrong road and we didn’t have any service but it wasn’t hard to figure out how to get there. The owner was also great with communication!"

"Nice little river spot to cool off nearby. The yurt was comfortable. You have to haul off your own trash so plan ahead."

"When you rent a tent site, your neighbors are visible and audible. When you rent the Ava Jade yurt, you are completely secluded in the woods. The woodstove heated the yurt rapidly so we were comfortably warm our entire stay. The yurt was well appointed and we had everything we needed including games! I would love to return."

"What a wonderful, private scenic spot! It was a great way to unplug, relax and enjoy the nature around you. With that said, you are 15 mins away from Fryeburg where you can grab a great cup of coffee at Fair Grounds to fuel you up while you drive through the White Mountains."

"Beautiful location! Great views of the lake from the windows and the deck. Clean and bright home with everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. We look forward to visiting again. We highly recommend staying here."

"We heard loons on the lake which was very cool. Also saw an Eagle fly overhead. The wildlife made for a very serene experience sitting lakeside"

"Beautiful property, spacious, plenty of beds and super easy to get to the lake. Owner was very responsive throughout the process."

"The host was lovely, very accommodating and responsive. We had a great time!"
