"The hotel did not have an elevator. The place was very rundown. The room had a terrible smell. The surfaces looked and felt dirty and unsanitary. The bathroom was even worse. We left immediately after an hour and went to a Holiday Inn Express. When we complained we received no apology and no refund. What a waste of money"

"Pros: Great location just off the freeway and the main road passing through town. Lots of great food options nearby. Loved the suite amenities. Having a lightly stocked kitchen and living space was perfect for getting work done while my kids were at camp nearby. Friendly staff, including the breakfast staff.
