"The property was ideal for our stay in the North East Kingdom. It is a very clean, comfortable, well equipped, newly renovated, nicely furnished cottage. The beds are comfortable. It is very close to Crystal Lake - about a mile away - which has a sandy beach, boats for rent and is very scenic. We came to the North East Kingdom to hike and we hiked Pisgah, Wheeler and Hor Mountains and also did a very pleasant hike in Perry Holbrook State Park. "Beautiful views and plenty of space in this lakeside house and cottage. There were 6 of us and the space was perfect. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we made the best of it. Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. We hope to return in better weather to take advantage of the private dock and firepits. Thanks for sharing with us!"

"This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again."

The best part was the private beach that only a few others were using at the same time so it felt like we had it all to ourselves! We would absolutely stay here again!"
