"It took 15 minutes to check in because the guy checking me into our room decided to pull out his cell phone and respond to a text in the middle of the process. The printer took forever to print the receipt so I had to wait for that, took another 2 min just for them to activate the room keys. The left elevator was not able to go to the 5th floor so only one elevator to our room for the length of the stay. The glass at the entrance was broken. At least our room seemed to be clean but the air...

"Very clean room, in a quiet area. Bed was pretty comfortable. Took a while for hot water to come out for the shower. I was on the third floor, so maybe that had something to do with it."

"This was a good deal and met my needs. But to be clear, it's a low-end shabby property The first room we were given smelled smoky. We were cheerfully given another room. I would stay here again if I wanted a very low price."
