"First of all, this place is nothing like the pictures shown online, so please don’t get fooled by them. The hotel is located on the main road in Laxmi Nagar, and the rooms are on the third floor with no lift, so you have to climb the stairs to reach it. When I arrived, the receptionist asked if I could shift to another one of their hotels nearby. I agreed, but that place also didn’t have a lift and was still under construction. "The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number."
