"We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area."

"Amazing place! So cozy and comfortable. Close to so many trails. We dropped off the kids at Hunter Mountain to snowboard both days and went for 2 amazing hikes. Perfect bluebird days! Will definitely be back!"

"We were a bit sweltering in the heat, as the AC Units hadn't been installed yet. Rudy was very communicative in terms of getting help, but I was a little surprised that there weren't people readily available to assist should something that affected the stay that much come up. Thankfully the units were installed by the second night. Otherwise, the cottage is a lovely spot and an easy walk from Warren Street."

"We were looking for a place to stay when visiting our son who lives in the Catskill area. The cottage was perfect. It was in a great location in town close to breweries, shops, and restaurants. It was beautifully furnished and very spacious. We definitely plan on staying there again when we visit our son."

"This is a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable cottage. The attention to design detail, stained glass windows in the peaks, lantern wall lights, and barn wood beams, makes this a special place. We were there on a cold and rainy weekend and it was a perfect place to just relax. "

Bedroom and bathroom both fine for two people, small, but clean and well designed. Our one complaint is that the bed did not have the best mattress, sloping in the middle and probably fairly old. "We were attending a family wedding in Stuyvesant and this sweet cottage was a great place to relax after all the festivities. This sweet retreat is so comfortable, very private and neatly decorated. Our hosts were great about checking in with us during our stay. Will definitely stay here again next time!"

"If you're planning a getaway trip just for a weekend or for a few days. This home is perfect. My family and I enjoyed our stay here for the weekends, it was quiet and a bit isolated. Place is clean and organized. Loved the binder they left with things to do and contact information for emergency. Would definitely stay here again during the summer."

"Fine, elegant, house. A great departure from one’s daily life. Great layout but could use more lighting. There were old quirks about the house but it made it more unique. Some doors don’t shut and will rattle when windows are open. Could use a griddle or larger pans/more baking sheets. The property is gorgeous and the crisp air was refreshing. "This property was wonderful. Easy to find, very clean and welcoming, and plenty of room to make yourself at home. The property owner was easy to reach as well. The only downside, although manageable, was the automatic lock on the door. The door sags and drags a touch and because of this the bolt becomes stuck in the lock and the mechanism cannot unlock the door. We found that lifting the door slightly after entering the code alleviated this problem. Still, this should be addressed by the...
