"Stayed for an overnight. The parking lot felt isolated and was strewn with cans and trash. Neighborhood next to the hotel was run down. Our room had dirt, hair, a piece of dog kibble on the floor. Hair in the shower drain. The bed was comfortable and the area and room were quiet. I spoke with the front desk at check out regarding the uncleanliness and received an apology and assurance she would speak with the housekeeper supervisor."

"The towels looked and smelled on the washed. There was also no soap shampoo or anything in any of these dispensers so when I took a shower, I just smelled like a wet dog with no soap. That’s also no elevator anyone that may need to use it."
