"This is an older motel but is very clean and comfortable. Motel doesn’t have an elevator. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower does not have grab bar. The breakfast was very good. "

"Loved rocking on the porch or swinging by the river. It was easy to relax while listening to the birds and the water moving down the river. Short drives to Food Lion and restaurants. Would definitely like to return. Will miss the walks alone the river."

"The room was nice and spacious. I like how it was decorated. I was very happy to be surrounded by forest. The food was mediocre, but the staff at the front desk was friendly. There were a few minor problems with cleaning and maintenance, but the front desk staff were understanding and wrote down all the information I gave them."
