This beautifully renovated 4 Bed / 1 Bath Cape Cod house with Central AC is a few feet from Great Bay Beach on Great Pond. Gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops. Backyard has a new furnished patio, fencing for privacy and an outdoor shower. The front yard enjoys peekaboo water views, and the salt breezes coming off Vineyard Sound. There is a washer/ dryer in the basement. Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is fully stocked. Propane BBQ in backyard. Board games and a WiFi Smart TV.

The classic layout features the living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor. Then walk upstairs to two more bedrooms.

East coast beach vacation

To have a vacation steps from the beach in Cape Cod, was a dream. The house was extremely clean comfortable, and very well appointed. The location couldn’t have been better.
