Please note: This home accommodates up to 10 guests. Linens can be provided for $300 per stay, and depending on your stay dates, the owners may meet you at check-in to walk you through the home. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. For security, exterior camera (doorbell) monitors house rules compliance.



★House Rules★

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.

- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.

- Pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted, with a strict $500 fine for violations.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, basement game room, backyard, pool, and deck. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note the garage is not available for guest use.

Located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this home offers a blend of privacy and convenience. Local restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short drive away, while nearby beaches provide the perfect backdrop for your Cape Cod adventures.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore the area. Beaches, grocery stores, and Mashpee Commons are all within a short drive. Ample driveway parking is available for your stay.

Please note: During summer months, the pool company will be onsite regularly to check and maintain the pool to ensure everything is properly balanced. They are scheduled every Wednesday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM and every Saturday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.



To maintain the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking, parties, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. The home features an exterior security camera located at the doorbell of the property for security and to ensure compliance with house policies. Footage is private and monitored only as necessary.



Early check-in and late check-out options may be available upon request but depend on the cleaning schedule. Availability can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. Please reach out with any questions!
