"Our stay at Blabjorg Resort was great. The two bedroom apartment is comfortable and spacious. One bedroom and bathroom upstairs one bedroom downstarirs. The bedroom in the upper floor is very bright. Keep that in mind if you go in summer. The restaurant food was delicious we had dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast is included. We also used the Spa that was heavenly. From there there is just a 10 minute drive to go and see Puffins upclose. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. We will deffinetly comeback!"

"Excellent stay. The restaurant is one of the best in town and won’t disappoint if you don’t want to move off-site for dinner. Very cozy, lounge, comfortable. It is so close to the airport. Have the hotel arrange a taxi for you if you don’t rent a car. I highly recommend. 5 stars. "

"Gentleman at front desk reception was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant/bar for both dinner and breakfast were cold and unfriendly. Wonderful view of the fjord right on the water, however be aware that there is a fish factory and at times the smell is extremely strong. Loved our clean and comfortable room."

"All was geat here with easy access to Akureyri. We enjoyed the sunny breakfast hall and the sauna. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we adored seeing the resident tuxedo cat patrolling the lobby! "
