"The room was satisfactory except for the bath tub was too slippery when the water ran. I had to stand and hold the grab bar to keeping from falling. Also when I got ready to leave both elevators were out of service. I had to bring my belongings down by stairs. One elevator was out of service when I visited in October and apparently never repaired."

"Well, this has been my worst experience with VRBO. Booked this place for one night but did not receive the access information. I sent another message to the host noting I needed access information. About 7 minutes later, I received a message checking to make sure all was well with the rental. I don't know if the message was automated, but if it was not the host was clearly screwing with us.When I arrived, I spent time on the phone with the VRBO help desk and was finally able to gain access to the home. Upon entering at approximately 10:30pm, our group walked through the house and began turning on some lights. It was apparent someone had been in the home recently. Two bedrooms were used, beds were unmade. Confused, we walked through the home. A washing machine full of towels was sitting with the lid open in the laundry room. The bathroom was unclean (specifically, there were pubic hairs on the toilet).After a very short discussion with my other guests, we decided to leave the property since it had been used without cleaning. We took photos of the unmade beds, bathroom toilet, and living room and abandoned the rental approximately 10 minutes after gaining entrance.I immediately contacted the VRBO hotline to alert them to the issues. They were again unable to contact the host. A ticket was opened. In the last four days, no one has contacted me and VRBO has been unable to reach the host. Still awaiting a refund."

"Very welcoming host. Beautifully well appointed home , very comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Overall a perfect host and home! "

"Host was great. The house flooring was our main issue. It was unlevel, had wood gaps, loose boards, softs spots, and repaired with screws that suck up above the boards. Hard to walk on and caught socks. For 3 elderly people not good. The house otherwise was great. A few lamps didn't have turn on switches. For the price of 3300 we thought it was about 1000 too high."

"While there were no lake views, the house had ample room for our needs, basic items needed for a 2 night stay and was clean. There was some floor damage that the agent stated had happened prior to our arrival and was scheduled to be fixed. Listing stated that there were shower items, but there were not. When mentioned, agent delivered promptly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use a bit more items. Overall, the home met our needs for a 2 night stay."

"We loved this property for our family and pups! Well kept and super close to the lake for walking and outdoor activities. Our host was quick and responsive to questions during the reservation process and our family enjoyed the amenities, including the availability of several hand made trinkets and mementos for purchase! "
