This was a weekend getaway and it was good, but not great. The pool was closed, the deluxe room was just a regular room, and there was such a strong cigarette smell in the casino. You can make plans for a show at The Grand Theater during your stay in East Greenville. Wander the riverfront in this family-friendly area.
This was our second visit to the Globe. This location allowed us to visit family and also do some things on our own. We do appreciate having our room changed to the first floor at the last minute because of our difficulty with stairs.
It's a quiet community.
This was a strange little town. Seems like ecomonics must be hitting it pretty hard. Friendly people.
