"Lovely - if quirky - property and grounds, much loved and well cared for. All the necessary equipment is provided, plus some additional (and tasty!) welcome items. Nicole and Steve, who look after the place, are delightful folk.Pubs, chip shops, Chinese takeaways are all within a short drive. The cottage is well placed for exploring both the New Forest and Dorset, but we'd also recommend the nearby Moors Valley Country Park. "Initially smaller than we thought but we soon got used to it and appreciated the cozy nature.
We were made wonderfully welcome from our arrival to our departure.
This is such a peaceful setting, loved listening to the owls in the evening.
This is an ideal base to go exploring from.
If you are looking for a place to come to far from the madding crowd then this is the place."
