The Tennant bears all responsibility for their guests and family members. Owner is not liable for any injuries to those at the property. If there is damage that requires urgent repairs, please communicate and the owner will schedule in a timely manner. The tenant will grant access to any professional summoned to the property to fix/resolve any issue.

Condition and Use of Property:
The property is provided in “as is” condition. By booking, guests agree to accept the property in its current condition and to use all furnishings, appliances, and amenities in a careful and respectful manner. Any issues or concerns should be reported promptly so they can be addressed as quickly as possible. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay and agree to return it in a similar condition upon departure, aside from normal use.

Risk of Loss and Indemnification:
Guests assume full responsibility for their use of the property and any personal belongings brought onto the premises. The property owner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the stay, except where required by law. By booking and occupying the property, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the property, including but not limited to misuse of amenities, negligence, or violation of house rules.
Guests are encouraged to exercise care and caution at all times, particularly when using features such as the pool, grill, or any other amenities provided.

RELEASE:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their stay and use of the property. By booking and occupying the property, guests hereby waive, release, and discharge the property owner and rental agent from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, death, or loss that may occur on or near the property during their stay.
By electronically accepting this agreement at the time of booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein on behalf of themselves and all members of their party.

LEGAL /LIABILITY WAIVER:
By completing a reservation, the booking guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this liability waiver, and further agrees that all members of their group are bound by these terms.
The booking guest accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all occupants and visitors comply with the rules, terms, and conditions of the stay, including this waiver of liability.
