Get the best of both worlds-- a house in the woods, but near the water! Find your peaceful getaway in this quiet, sun-filled, immaculate, contemporary home bordering 40 acres of protected woods, located within walking distance of beautiful, never crowded Sammy's Beach (1 mile) and a short drive to the ocean. Has a heated 40'X20' pool, surrounded by large deck and lawn. The living room has glorious light from a 16 foot ceiling and huge windows; fully stocked, big kitchen and propane grill on deck. Features a large master bedroom on the ground floor with a king bed and an en suite bathroom; upstairs has 1 large bedroom (with queen bed) and 1 smaller bedroom (with two twin beds) and one bath. Front deck has chairs for sunny morning coffee; back deck has dining table and chairs for six, sectional sofa, coffee tables, two large umbrellas, and lounge chairs by the pool. Central A/C; pool door with adjacent full bathroom off back deck; washer/dryer in basement.

Please note that propane usage for the pool heater is the responsibility of the renter, as per the gauge, and deducted from security deposit.
Electricity costs for stays of less than one month are averaged at $150/week, but will be reduced if the week is cooler than normal.
Check out is 11am unless otherwise negotiated, on a case by case basis. $100 per 15 minutes fee will begin at 11:15am, to be deducted from deposit.
