Rules

By renting, you agree to the requirement to hire and pay directly my cleaning person 1x per week during your stay.
All rentals that are less than 30 days are subject to a 5.5 % county lodging tax.
If renting for a month you must vacate the day before the month ends, to allow for cleaning. Ex: if a month has 31 days. You must vacate on the 30th.
