Room needs tons of updates. Peeling all over the walls the shower and bathroom or awful. Didn’t even get to use the hot tub because when I turned it on, it started leaking from the faucets. Definitely convenient but not worth $160 for a hot tub room.

Did Jacuzzi is nice bathroom door didn’t shut or lock no hot water in the shower drunk people banging on our door midnight 2 AM 4 AM 6 AM the first night the second night it happened 4 AM and 6 AM. The remote control didn’t work needed batteries. It’s a ghetto fabulous hotel no matter very disappointed

It was comfortable enough if you have a small budget. The problems were the ants, and the bathroom and towels were not properly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciate the refrigerator and microwave in the room. I wish it was closer to restaurants or stores for snacks. I was hungry!

Economy Inn - a GREAT stay!

The Economy Inn was a great, comfortable, clean and conveniently located place for my wife and I to stay in the Hartford area! My 95 year old mother was with us and she loved it too!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but substandard in some ways. The shower barely worked, the towels were thin, the toilet ran on and there was a bit of an unpleasant odor in the room. However, the front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. The whole property is about what you would expect for the price.

A place to stay when traveling

We were in town a couple of days and attend the USA p/Germany soccer game. It was close to the stadium, which is what we wanted. I noticed most of the people that stayed there arrived late and left early, so it’s a place to sleep when you’re traveling. There’s a couple of excellent restaurants on the street which is a plus. It is what it is, a place to stay when traveling. No complaints

Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was big enough for me, my two kids, and husband. (King non-smoking) I would stay the night again. I looked through a bunch of hotel reviews before booking this place. A lot of other hotels had bad reviews but this hotel had good reviews. It did not disappoint.

Great value clean and safe

Great value. Safe, clean and comfy. As you should expect, this is a budget motel. Its not luxurious or updated. But for a place to sleep, its a great value. Called ahead to confirm late checkin and was not a problem. All ready when i arrived.

The price was very cheap. I had to book this room last minute and late at night because my transportation had been cancelled and I needed a place to stay overnight. The room was clean. The bed was clean. The bathroom door would not close all the way. The shower did not look clean. And a ceiling tile in the bathroom was misplaced.

I like the staff they are very nice. The hotub water had massive amounts of bio-film calcium buildup and dirt and hair coming out of the faucet . It was so bad there were all types of little different color hair in the water . We tried to rotate the water and drain but it only got worse , it was so bad that when we drained the tub and let it dry , we whiped the red tub with our hand and thick amounts of white build up started to accumulate and was very noticeable in the red hot tub . We called the front desk and they offered to give us bleach to clean up the tub or they can replace our room for another . Its kind of ridiculous when you call two weeks ahead and it was expensive and you cant even use the hot tub . We seen a roach in the bathroom . And the bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere . Other then that it was expensive and unfortunately at this point it wasnt worth it . In my opinion since we called prior i believe the room should have been top tier , this was a very disappointing experience, please do better ! $350.00 for two nights check in 3pm check out 11am yeah no not worth it at all , that's $350.00 down the drain that im not going to get back or even a discount half my money back like this is very unfortunate and expensive for no reason !
