"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

"A very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also a safe area as well. The property itself has all of the necessities for a long term stay such as a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen. It is also not far from the downtown Bridgeport area with many places worth visiting."

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."

"We were in New Haven for my grandson's graduation from UNH. The location was perfect. We got a good nights' rest and were off to UNH. The hostess was easy to communicate with and very responsive. A perfect little place for 3 or 4 people."

"We had the whole second floor to ourselves, plus access to a grill and outdoor seating. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up. Big windows in the living room overlooked a garden and a view of trees. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and we were comfortable with open windows and fans. Jean was very pleasant and helpful. "The house has a lot of updates/renovations that help it stand out from other traditional New England homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, amenities. The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had. "We had a beautiful time . Kids didn’t wanted to leave. Amazing views from house , mostly just hung out by the water, watched the birds, and enjoyed the amazing views of the sky. We will be definitely back."
