"Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place."

"We had a great time at this property. We had a group of 10 people staying here, and we all fit pretty comfortably (some couples were on full beds, but everyone had their own room). The glass sunroom is gorgeous, and we spent basically our entire trip hanging out there. Lovely beachside access, cute dogs around, generally a very quaint place to be. "The beach cottage was perfect for our family. We were in Connecticut for a graduation ceremony with family coming from 3 different states. We were only 10-15 min from the university, had access to many restaurants and were able to relax and spend time together in a cozy,very well furnished and beautifully decorated home. It’s a lovely area to stroll around and a short walk to the beach. We sincerely recommended staying here, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit."
