"I really was impressed with the JW. The rooms were new, beds comfortable, service was great in most areas like the breakfast area and the concierge. Very helpful and smooth business stay. Just the bar was lacking in service. Great place to stay in Kolkata. 25 min from the airport. My driver Ranjun was great and drove me around to various appointments for the day. He was excellent."

She had the time of her life, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these cherished memories. The methi mathi and cornflake peanut mix in the room was a sure hit! We also deeply appreciate the lifeguards at the beach, who kept a watchful eye on our adventurous daughter, ensuring her safety while she enjoyed every splash of the sea! Just one suggestion to include milk less tea options (Green/Black/Flavoured) as well for your evening tea as nowadays a lot of us have either lactose intolerance and or going vegan. We leave with full hearts and beautiful memories—already looking forward to our next visit!"

"The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic. Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
