"My wife and her sister had traveled to Bhubaneswar, and stayed at the property. My wife does not appreciate spicy food so for all of her meals, the hotel, staff and the chef cooked customized food for all of her meals. This is highly appreciated and unlike any other place I've visited. The staff was kind and the sweetest, the hotel was clean and located at such a beautiful place. I highly recommend this place and will definitely visit myself too soon. Jai Jagannath!"

"Everything was good. Little more cleanliness is required in the exterior part of the hotel. Food was average can be improved likewise staff require more training. Bcos of the location and rooms all above can be overlooked but in the long run it ll be necessary to upgrade."

"The staff were extremely helpful and polite starting with pick up from the airport. The food is excellent, particularly breakfast in the waterside cafe. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Kolkata."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Taj Bengal, Kolkata. The welcome and check-in formalities were warm, polished and reassuring from the outset. The Taj Club room, one I frequently stay in, is always a delight, with its elegant interiors, pleasing views and access to the Taj Club. Breakfast was excellent, both for the quality of the food and the attentive service. The friendly breakfast team offered thoughtful, personalised attention at the table, enhancing the experience. Housekeeping was prompt and meticulous, upending the room everytime we returned to it at the end of the day, sometimes with personalized notes from the room service team. In-room dining was equally commendable in its timely, seamless and entirely effortless feel. Taj Bengal has repeatedly delivered to me a welcome combination of comfort, attentive service, and understated elegance in its signature affable ways."

"Excellent stay – highly recommend breakfast is amazing- conveniently located from temple and sea beach.. I recently stayed here and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and thoughtful touches (like good quality toiletries, strong Wi-Fi, and a quiet air-conditioning system) made the stay very pleasant. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day without being intrusive. The hotel’s location is excellent — convenient for both temple and sea beach with easy access to restaurants, transport, and all attractions. The facilities were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well-managed. What stood out most was the consistent quality of service. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall value for money felt fair given the standard of accommodation and service.
