"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in my room, which completely ruined the experience. Finding bed bugs is unacceptable at any hotel and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and room maintenance. I reported the issue to management, but the situation was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. No guest should have to worry about being bitten while trying to sleep. I will not be returning and recommend that others use caution before booking...

"Good hotel."

"The location is perfect for exploring within the Old City walls and affords a stunning view from the top of the hill. We checked into our deluxe room which was already nice and cool after walking around on a hot day. Shopping, including full grocery and restaurants, and historic sites are easily accessible. The breakfast buffet with omelet made to order was great. Staff went above and beyond to bring us a bucket of ice. If you don't wish to navigate through the Old City to reach sites, this...

"Everythings are very good."

"كانت الإقامة رائعة موقع جميل جداً مقابل المسجد الأقصى وقبة الصخرة المشرفة"

"Clean"

"Unfortunately compared to my stay in the same hotel in 2014 many things have horribly deteriorated. Broken bathroom shower equipments, disheveled bedsheets with stains!!. Overall there was no adequate maintenance with peeling walls, broken door jams, stained faded hallway carpets. Most frustrating was the lack of anyone to help with bags despite having my disabled mother…AVOID this hotel, very disappointing."

"Words cannot express how impressed we were with this hotel. The moment you walk into it, you feel as you travelled back in time and the room itself was beyond our expectations! The walls in the room look as if you are in the middle ages in Jerusalem under King David and Solomon. We also had breakfast there and it was delicious! I have to also give thanks to our host there who helped me with my car to the parking lot. Overall, highly recommend this place and it proves how people can live...

"We had our room cleaned every other day. Some days we would get new water bottles, replaced soap, refilled coffee and tea, but not every time. It was hit or miss. We were there for 14 days and as wonderful as the breakfast is, it is the same food already picked out for you, for 14 days. Variety would be much better. The Wi-Fi does not work half the time and the door keys take about ten tries before you get lucky and get into your room. The staff is the best staff; everyone would go out of their...

"Very old and unique hotel.. Very close to everything in the old city.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to take in the full experience of the old city.. Ohhh forgot, the views from the roof top deck are next level.."

"Great service, very nice breakfast. Our little dog was welcome. Great location!!! Parking lot was not so great."

"Personal amable, súper buena la ubicación, ricos desayunos. Me pareció segura la zona para caminar desde y hacia Monte de los Olivos. Volveré a tomar mismo hotel para siguientes vacaciones en Jerusalén. Lo recomiendo sin dudar."

"We have enjoyed this hotel so much. Best service. Highest standard of hospitality. Highly recommend and we will definitely come again."
