"Stay was great. They were doing renovations so it's hard to give a true review of what it will be like after. The room was beautiful. There was minor imperfections, flipped carpet tack, disconnected closet shelf bar, but otherwise was gorgeous. They shut off our room code a little quick so it made leaving a little bit harder. Was not crowded. Very kind staff. Amazing amenities. Bed was super comfie. Couchbed looked barely used. Typical hotel supplies. Great having a washer and dryer in the room! Temperature controls were brand new. TV wasnt controlled by annyoing proprietary interface like most hotels. Router directly in room so wifi was killer. Communication was a little difficult through texing/email (maybe combine these?) But was able to get ahold of the front desk over cellphone. We didn't have a room phone. The one outlet was too far from the light on the far side of the bed, which I actually found pretty funny.
It may sound like a lot of complaints but those are undermined by just how good our stay was. Despite those faults, I would give the appartel 8/10.
