"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The level of service throughout our stay was truly excellent – nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled promptly and professionally. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and well-maintained, which added to the experience. Special thanks to Syed and Rakesh who were very helpful to make our stay more comfortable. Syed went a extra mile and moved us to club room which made our stay even more extra special. Thanks to Syed. They have restaurant with indian menu and food is obsolutely delicious. Also the fries from restaurant are great. This hotel has pool and jacuzzi which is an added benefit if we are staying with kids. My daughter loved it and enjoyed while we stayed at hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a comfortable, enjoyable experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!"

"We had a really pleasant stay at voco Edinburgh Royal Terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a day out in the city. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. A special mention goes to Edward from the restaurant team, who was especially friendly and attentive.
