"Large TV. Lots of channels. Hot water in the shower with solid water pressure. Breakfast has a decent variety and tasty. Airport shuttle service is free (obviously a tip is greatly appreciated) and is reliable. Bed is comfy with lots of pillows. Room is extremely clean."

"The staff is friendly and conscious in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The room we had was tidy and comfortable. The breakfasts we enjoyed were very nutritious and well-balanced with proteins, dairy, breads/grains, and fresh fruits. The meal team provided variations with the breakfast menu from day to day, and were very attentive to cleanliness in the dining area. We will likely choose this Best Western upon our next visit to Franciscan University."
