"While my overall experiences at this hotel have generally been great. I believe having dedicated pet-friendly rooms separate from non-pet rooms would help improve the guest experience for everyone. I appreciate theof the staff and hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements. I would also like to mention a security concern. During the late evening hours, there were individuals randomly KNOCKING on guest room doors."

"The TV in my room was not working. The young receptionist came down to my room to help. After trying again, unsuccessfully, she carried a working set down to my room and exchanged for the one not working. She was very apologetic, and so very kind."
