House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. "We stayed here for a week during our Cooperstown trip. The house is 20 mins to All Star Village. The house was fantastic. Very clean, top of the line appliances, and all the necessities you need. Communication with the host was great. We even bought fishing poles and did some fishing between baseball games. Would highly recommend to any family."

"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
