"If we had paid $150-200 per night for this tiny house, I might not say anything. But for $440 per night, there is a huge disconnect between price and value. At that price point, I would expect to be a lot more comfortable than we were. The bed is a tiny double mattress. The water smells like sewage, no bottled water was offered, and there is nowhere nearby to buy water, so we were very thirsty. "Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "Our stay at Tiny Acres was wonderful. It is charming, cozy and tucked away just enough. The hosts were always available and gave the best suggestions for places around town we checked out and loved. The property is perfect for two and only a 7 minute drive to dreams park. We had a memorable stay. 10/10 would def recommend!"
