"Terrible staff"

"This hotel does not look anything like the photos on the Hotel.com website. This was a 4 day business trip for my coworker and myself. We checked in to the hotel and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. We went to the elevators (only 1 was working) and went to our room on the 3rd floorl As we were walking down the hallway there was a bad smell. We went into our room and there was a lady next door who was cussing and screaming at someone and she sounded like she was in the rooml We went into the bathroom and the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I went down to the desk and complained and they gave us another room. The room was quiet. However, there was no plug for the tub and the tub was still not clean. Also we stayed there for 4 days and housekeeping never came in to service the room. We finally set the garbage can in the hallway hoping it would be emptied and replaced in the room. Housekeeping took the trash can. I had to call the desk twice to get a trash can for the room. On the last day when we were getting ready to check out the elevator was not working. We had to haul our luggage down the stairs. I am 79 and my coworker is in her 60's so this was very inconvenient. When I told the desk clerk she was very uninterested and replied yes I know. Also they room descrxiption says there is a fridge included but when you get to the hotel, they tell you there is a charge for the fridge. I don't advise anyone to stay at this hotel."

"Dated rooms. Hard pillows and 3 towels for two people for 3 day stay. Pool1 is cold and limited days/hours. Not sure why you need three lifeguards. Pool 2 and 3 were a bit warmer. All three pools need to be cleaned of the debris. 1km walk to the strip with some not so nice looking people. Parking was free but spots were a little tight with traffic. We never ate at the hotel. Huge site with 29 buildings but airplanes flying right over top. 6 am was loud. Tv did t have a lot of options."

"Most of the staff were great, but one guy on reception wasn’t too helpful, but didn’t dampen the stay. Did not expect a lot, and when we got to our room we knew we were right……it wasn’t great! However we went to the casino and rooftop bar which was amazing!! Then the next day we went to the pool with our own drinks purchased from the 7/11 right next door and it was such a relaxing experience we didn’t care about the accommodation. It was tired but clean and at the end of the day it was just somewhere to sleep. If you want to do vegas on a budget this is the place for you!! "
