"No hot water the first night when I needed a shower after a long drive. Front desk acknowledged that lack of hot water is a problem that they're working on, and that I could "wait until morning" for the hot water. Doesn't do me any good when I needed one the first night. Internet service sucked. I ended up having to us my cellphone to get on the internet to get anything done in a decent amount of time. Bartender Liz was not very friendly. Never saw her smile the entire time that I was there. I had planned on staying longer at the bar but decided just to leave. Room very spacious and bed was comfortable."

"Beautiful hotel, large spacious rooms, great for a family or couples that are used to having lots of space, convenient location, attached to Miracle Mile Shops, nice view of sphere, relaxing pool and not crowded, excellent communication with staff by daily text messages, parkade location had easy access to get to hotel rooms unlike other hotels in Vegas, and smelled great as it is non smoking. Highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay here again! "

"Wear good walking shoes. Check your luggage before heading to the pool. Expect to spend $25 for breakfast; $40 for lunch; $75 for dinner/per day. The ventilation system distributes smoke products throughout the non-smoking room. Walls are thin and couples being intimate can easily be heard. Lots of security, very safe environment. "

"Terrible experience once we got to the room. Room smelled terrible and burns on the bedding and on the bathroom floor. We slept on a blanket we brought because we didnt trust the sheets with burns in them. ALL night a dog was barking in the room next to us. Took three calls to the front desk before someone answered and sent up security. Security said they couldn't do anything because no one was answering the door to the room with the dog. They told me I could switch rooms at 2:00am, but they only had smoking rooms (I was with my kid so that wasn't an option). Dog was barking until after 430am. I would rather spend hundreds more to stay at a clean, quiet hotel than ever return here. The price was not worth it. "

"The room was very clean and in pretty much perfect condition. The Hotel lobby and casino were also very clean and nicely appointed. BUT Their website says that microwaves are available upon request. I requested on when I booked, 7 weeks prior to arriving and again 1 day prior to my arrival via their online check in. Yet when I arrived there was not a microwave in the room. When I called the front desk to request one they said there were none available and were offered on a first come first serve basis... is 7 weeks notice not enough to get me somewhere in the front of the line!!? I specifically chose this hotel over a neighboring one because they offered a microwave. Secondly the elevator in our building did not work. We unloaded all of our stuff and put it beside the elevator and pushed the button and 10 minutes later ... no elevator. We had to carry everything up the fire escape stairs to get to our room. To access the fires escape you had to go outside the building and open the fire door which was locked.... so had to wait for someone to leave in order to get access. When I called the desk to inform them that the elevator did not work they said "oh yeah we knew that", yet no sign on it saying out of service nor instructions on how to get upstairs. This hotel is very nice and this should have been a top notch experience but instead it was spoiled by these 2 things. "
