"An excellent stay at Sofitel Kunming. The services are awesome & my room is very clean. A very convenient location as well. Their staff, Jessica is a very outstanding person. She helped me booked my roundtrip train tickets from Kunming to Dali. And more. She is a very responsible & helpful individual. I'd like to give her a 5 Stars out of 5 for her remarkable service as well. I really appreciate everything that she has done. I will stay in Sofitel Kunming again in the future when I'm back."
