This accommodation exceeded our expectations. We could not have wanted a better place to hold our special galentine celebration. We got up early to watch the sunrises which were spectacular and we sat around a fire feature on the screen porch to have our cocktails. I wish we could have stayed more than four nights

Our stay at the river was amazing! We saw eagles every day! The house is so comfy and grand. The home is modern with kitchen and baths at today’s standards. Little things mean so much like hot chocolate with fresh whipped cream in the fridge. The bed was high and and very comfy. In fact, I think it’s the most comfy bed in all of my Vrbo rentals. The gas fireplace on the screened porch was the place to hang out day into the evening! We loved your house Sheila and we hope to return! Thank you so much!

Words can't even describe how comfortable and cozy this house made us feel. My now husband and I got this house for our wedding weekend and I'm so glad we did. It's HUGE and yet didn't feel empty even though it was only us, the pup, and our 10yr old daughter. The view is absolutely stunning. The host was beyond accommodating and checking in and out was a breeze. Even though you know it's a pet friendly home, you'd never know, the place was so spotless. I just can't say enough great things about this rental. I truly hope we can make it an annual trip for our future anniversaries.

This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented and the views from the house can’t be beat. Better yet, take a seat on the dock and you are immediately relaxed from life. I would suggest extra pillows for bedrooms and both showers had lack luster shower pressure which is never fun on vacation. We would definitely book again.

We visited in April. This is a great quiet spot on the river for relaxing, fishing, and visiting with family or friends. Two king bedrooms with attached baths are perfect for 2 couples. The open floor plan allows for visiting while cooking and the screened porch allows for a bug free relaxation area. Furry family members will love the fenced yard. The owner is super with communication.

The house and views were outstanding, the pictures don't do it justice. Very safe, quiet and relaxing, yet only 10 minutes to restaurants. Well stocked. Has comfortable beds and furniture with lots of extras. The back screened in porch was our favorite spot with the riverview and beautiful trees. Only negative was the occasional smell of sulphur water. Property manager was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend with our small boat. Kids and dog had a blast running around in the gated yard. Shrimped and fished in the river everyday. Small boat lift was great so we didn’t have to worry about the boat overnight. Very clean, and very well stocked kitchen. Had such a relaxing time may book it again before the shrimp run is over!

Gorgeous home and property right on the river! Beautiful open floor plan home with windows that line the back and what a view! Great dock!! Sheila has an amazing home on the river. The accommodations were above and beyond. Our nephew brought his boat and was able to use the lift to bring the boat out of the water. The weather was cool and the fire pit on the deck was perfect. The boys were able to fish and I visited my sister in a nursing facility. This was a perfect place to call home away from home. I highly recommend this home for your get away. Thank you Sheila.

My family and I (5) stayed here comfortably. It was like home away from home. Spacious, open, clean and comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The owner was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, and the neighbors were so sweet. Everything you need is there. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. I just cant say enough. My niece (15) caught several catfish and we saw a few turtles .🐢 . We would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind... this is a place for you!We loved everything about this property... the house was exactly what we dreamed a Florida vacation home should be... beautifully designed, with an open-concept living/dining/kitchen, spacious bedrooms (2 masters) with comfortable king-size beds, and private ensuites... beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. It really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect... private, quiet, and peaceful, away from the crowds, made for relaxation. We loved the area, the gorgeous mature trees covered with Spanish moss, and the enchanting water views of St. Johns River. Our puppy was mesmerized by the views of the water, the boats passing by, and the birds flying just over the water, and he loved the fully fenced yard, where he could run freely. Oh, yes... this property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your fur baby with you :)Located only a short 1/2 hr drive from St. Augustine and Palm Coast, allowed us easy access to many historic attractions and the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.The host was awesome... caring and prompt to answer all our questions. Thank you. We will definitely book this property again!
