"Great communication"

"This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. "This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. And if you need anything special they respond to messages promptly. If you stay here, we would highly recommend...

"Worked really well for my needs. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having a private kitchen area. I only used it for tea in the morning and to store food in the fridge overnight between travels, but appreciated having access to it. Nice mood lighting in the living room and bedroom. I was able to watch Netflix in the living room in the evening, which was nice.I was pretty warm, so it was nice to be able to turn down the heat to a more preferred temperature, especially for sleeping....

"The rental was a remodeled lower level of the house. It was very roomy, clean and comfortable with furnishings that were better than most rentals. The host was very friendly and accommodating during or stay. We look forward to returning the next time we stay in the area."
