"This rental is on the ground floor of a lovely older home located at the corner of two quiet streets, with a private entrance and convenient parking. It is very spacious with two bedrooms, a large sitting area and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and the appliances are fully functional. There is an ample supply of linens, paper essentials, as well as hand soap and shampoo. The host, is an excellent communicator, and makes helpful suggestions on great local dining, shopping and attractions. It was a very pleasant stay."

We were in the area due to a death in the family and without Andie's kindness and generosity, it would have been a much more difficult experience. Thank you for making these two weeks as pleasant and peaceful as it could be. We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife: cows, chickens, horses, deer, rabbits, Canadian geese, groundhogs, frogs, turtles and all kinds of birds! The home is SUPER clean and comfy! Family friendly cottage, covered deck, close to lake to fish, swim, and boat
"This is an excellent place to stay. It is 20 min. north of Binghamton and 45 min. east of Ithaca, where we did many hikes. But each day, we looked forward to returning to the cottage. Where you are staying, you wouldn't know there was a town within a 100 miles. The only noise you will hear is birds happily singing. Sitting on the 2nd floor deck rockers or the porch swing with a coffee each morning was heavenly. A great place to read and relax or stargaze at night. I found this stay very restorative. The cottage felt new, very clean, very well stocked with everything you need. Bedroom downstairs/Bedroom upstairs, plenty of room and privacy for everyone. I feel like I got more than I expected with this listing. Can't say enough good things about it. I recommend it and would stay again."
