"We arrived about 3 hours before our check in time. But the staff on the front desk allowed us to check in as they had a room ready. Which was excellent service. The room was nice and spacious and clean with air conditioning. Could not fault this hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Even making a couple of phone calls to find out things for us. It must be quite daunting when a load of England football fans turn up. The hotel was very good to us all and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality."
