"We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!"

The only negative thing and I would say is that there was strawberry ice cream in our fridge when we arrived from the previous guest"
