"Location & room tastefully decorated. There was a stain down the side of the bed, indicating the mattress cover was not changed, and the skirt wasn’t changed, which should be checked before new guest checks in. I asked for it to be fixed. We came back later that day it was not fixed and the ceiling was leaking this morning before we checked out. The entire floor was wet, luckily we didn’t slip and fall. "

"It is a beautiful property, and I enjoyed hearing birdsong each morning while enjoying the coffee and pastries and yoghurt and fruit provided. It is a good place to stay if you want a place to peacefully meditate or to use as a launching point for activities in the area. The owners are friendly and available but not intrusive. The location is easy to get to from the bridges so after a long drive to get to the Cape, it is also a good resting place for a first night if going out further. A refrigerator and freezer is provided in each room, and the view from each room is picturesque. I have stayed here for years. Grateful for such a haven of gracious hospitality in a noisy and often rude world. Has a bed and breakfast feel for a great price. Non smoking, great for Nature lovers."

"The location of the resort was great. The receptionist greeted us with a nice smile.all the staff were very kind and very helpful the restaurant in the facilitate the food was delicious. we had a beautiful view of the ocean. our room was clean all around The facility was very clean and organized. The sunset was magical sitting out on the deck having the view of the ocean there was a lot of birds and bunnies very nice scenery calming the pool was clean. A Lot of things to do on the resort, but if you want to go out of the resort there are nearby restaurants, there’s a nearby movie theater, mini golf and lotta things to do on and off the resort overall, I recommend the Red Jacket Resort to anybody that would like to get away with a loved one or with your family."
