"We visited NYC with family for a short vacation and felt lucky to have found this apartment for our stay! The location in Lenox Hill is a relatively quiet one for the city, with easy access to subway, museums, Central Park, wonderful restaurants and convenient grocery stores. Checking in process was very easy, the apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. We definitely hope to be back! "

"Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own...

"I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior. My thanks to everyone...
