"I get to Victoria once or twice a year and I always choose Inn at Laurel Point primarily for the view of the harbour. I especially enjoy watching sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. The restaurant has a great patio for happy hour. It's within walking distance to downtown, Fishermans Wharf and Beacon Hill Park. I would recommend it to anyone."

Royal Scot Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"It has been 20 years we last went to Victoria. It definitely got very busy compared with the last time we were here. Unfortunately, we didn't stay too long. The accommodation at Royal Scot was great! We had one of the suites and it was spacious. Everything was pretty much within walking distance. The hotel is right next to the Parliament and other destinations. Kids love to spend some time at the library. I think I would like to explore the museum next time and hope it will not take another 20 years. Room was clean and staff are friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider coming back to Royal Scot again."

The property is beautifully maintained, with breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, while the staff consistently provided warm, attentive, and professional service. The mineral pools overlooking the ocean were a true highlight—an unforgettable place to unwind. Every detail reflected quality and care, from the impeccable grounds to the overall guest experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway on Vancouver Island, I highly recommend the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. We look forward to returning."

"The property was really clean, and we really enjoyed our gigantic room. We had a nice time, and it was able to comfortably fit all of us. We really enjoyed the stay, and we would come back. The only thing that did take a little while to figure out was the coffee maker, as we had to fiddle around with it, but we eventually figured it out. We enjoyed every other part of the stay, and it seemed like that it was recently renovated where we stayed, as it felt super clean and nice. Breakfast was also great, as we enjoyed a yummy and big buffet before we started our day. They have everything there. Thanks for the great stay!"

Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour

"Rooms was clean and well kept and everything in the room worked well. There is quite limited parking and the stalls are very very small. I had a rental that was a small SUV and it could not fit in the stalls but luckily there was a spot at the lobby that was available. There is no AC in the rooms with isn't the best in summer. On Friday the weather was 27*C and when we arrived our room was also this temperature. The rest of the stay was milder weather and the room cooled to about 25*C which was still warm but manageable with fans. Overall was a good stay given that this was the cheapest hotel on the market at the time."
