Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Leave all used linens and towels on the floor.
Return garage door opener to the side of the refrigerator
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking of any kind inside, this includes vapes. Please use ash tray provided outside. If smoke smell is detected inside, a fee of $200 will incur.
Dogs must be added to the reservation and $200 pet fee paid. Up to two dogs allowed. Please use the crates provided when you are not in the home.
Please be mindful of our garage opener. Lost garage door fee $100 Please be respectful of our private beach access and clean up after yourselves.
