"Beautiful property, exceptional grounds. The staff at the Lake Geneva resort was exemplary in face to face communications. However, communication with the overseeing team, located off site, was not as efficient, and there was a disconnect in receiving certain services. It didn't take away from the overall accommodations. Special mention goes to Turner, who worked the lobby reception desk, who went above and beyond in professionalism and hospitality. We'll be back!"

"It was a rainy weekend so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor facilities. Our room was beautiful. The only issue we had was with the breakfast we had-it was awful. I recommend going out! They should just have complimentary fruit, cereal and yogurt IMO."

"This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was clean, the staff were nice, the pool was amazing. But let’s talk about the breakfast…WOW is all I can say. So many choices AND an omelet station. It was SO good! After this experience, I will never stay at another hotel again."
