"We stayed here through Cherokee Nation and then paid for our own room for a month. Our experience with the front desk and cleaning staff was always pleasant. We never had any issues personally, however, any issues that anyone else had was very well known to everyone because they stood out in the halls and screamed the whole time. There is also a guy named Jason that frequents the parking lot of this hotel (he lives in a nearby neighborhood) and at one point, tried to get my teen daughter to go...

"No hot water for 2 days. Some of the lites not working in the room. Never received all my linens and towels. Extra blanket had a big rip in it. No stopper in sink. No body at front desk. Waited over 30 minutes to check. They had to call someone to come and help me. This is just some of the things that needed to be attended too."
