"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"The property has beautiful views (as shown in photos). Hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in and check-out was no-fuss and so quick and smooth that it didn't feel like it was part of the process. Receptionist at desk was very friendly and helpful with the questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again"
