"Such a family friendly place. We had the penthouse which was huge and came with lots of amazing extras (I particularly like the decanter of sloe gin). Netflix etc on the tv was great, wifi was pretty good and our huge balcony was lovely. Yes, the decor is a little dated but it’s in keeping with a British seaside town and everything was spotless. The pool booking system in school holidays is brilliant, meant we had a private pool twice, fantastic bonus. Special shout out to Shannon on reception who was fantastic. "

"Rooms are good size, neat modern. Tea coffee station well stocked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pub lovely - spacious, lovely conservatory glass roof over one section of restaurant. Garden out back. Public parking out back - access via garden side. Lovely walking around town on raised Roman walls. Town very pedestrian friendly and good selection of shops Cathedral a must visit. "Absolutely loved my stay at East Beach Guest House in Littlehampton! From the moment I arrived, Mark & Richard were an absolute delight—warm, welcoming, and always available if needed, which made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and relaxed. The room was just lovely—very nicely decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt cosy yet stylish, and having both an espresso machine and kettle was such a bonus for those morning coffees or evening teas. The continental breakfast was a real treat! Fresh pastries, a colourful fruit bowl, a variety of cereals, and the most delicious yogurt pot, all accompanied by freshly brewed coffee. It really set the tone for a perfect day. I even requested an earlier breakfast time, and it was no trouble at all—just another example of how accommodating and kind the hosts were. If I’m ever in this area again, I’ll definitely be staying here. Thank you again, Mark & Richard, for such a memorable and comfortable stay!"
