"This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff was amazing, they went out of their way to be kind, gracious, and helpful when I needed questions answered, and when I needed assistance. They even went out of their way to allow me to have early access to my room both times when I needed it one, for when I arrived early from the United States from my flight, arriving early and second time, when my ship arrived in Port early from my cruise, and they didn’t even have to do that, but it was just so nice. I was so pleased by my room, both times for the accommodations, the cleanliness, and the assistance of all the staff. When I go back to Sydney, this is the place that I will definitely choose to stay."
