"Easy early checkin. Room was very clean and new. Ryan(front desk) was so nice to get me a coffee when I woke up at 340am and was preparing to leave for an early flight. All i said was I wish I had some coffee and he went above and beyond to get my wife and I a cup when everything was closed. Archie at the roof top bar was very engaging and great to talk to. His recommendation for local beers were fantastic and spot on. Thanks for the great short stay!"

"We had a lovely stay,the bed was so comfortable ,an added coincidence was a painting in the room had my name in it ‘Kathleen’ and we were in room 1720 my birthday is on 17 August, also on opening the curtains in the morning the hot air balloons were floating past!! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only small problem was no handle in the coffee cup,it was a bit hot to hold, if you keep your cups like that you might want to have some sleeves to slip the hot cup into!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful but the pool is outdoors and it was cold. The gym is next door and closed at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. The 'business centre' is one computer and a desk with lolly machines in there. I didn't like having no parking and having to use the valet parking. Bit of a rip off. I should be able to park my own car at parking facilities at the hotel not down the road. The bedrooms were great though and comfortable beds. Loved the bed. The restaurant was a bit...
