"The property is located in a very picturesque place. You have a lot of privacy and the perfect place to enjoy the Aurora! Well equipped. We stayed two nights. 15 minutes drive to Höfn. The local pool is very nice too."

"We were greeted by the friendly owner. Having a kitchenette and living area was a welcome sight. Our first night (different hotel) was a very small room so the extra space was a welcome relief. The room was very clean and the views were stunning. There is a small deck with chairs to sit and enjoy the view. GPS had difficulty finding this but luckily we found a very helpful person to send us back in the correct direction. It is right on the ring road so it shouldn't have been a problem."

"This adorable little cabin was perfect for our stay traveling around the Ring Road! My grandmother and I LOVED this cozy place. It was nice to have a cabin all to ourselves and our own beds that were very comfortable! The TV and wifi worked wonderfully (it has been one of the only places with a TV on our stay so far) so we enjoyed a nice movie and coziness on the comfortable couch while it rained at night. The views are incredible & it is Fall time so the leaves are orange and yellow and...

"Great 2 bedroom waterside cottage. Beautiful view. Surrounded by trees. Loved the hot tub especially with privacy/ wind blocking wall. Close to the local town and great stop around ring road. Very well equipped house and kitchen for cooking / grilling. "

"This property has worst access with 30 KM of dirt road and winding mountain roads from top of the mountain to the base. Expedia should EXRESSILY state that so people with small kids don't take this property."

"Perfect little house for 4, a little tight for our family of five with one on the couch. WiFi connected TV. Workable small kitchen with small fridge. Decent bathroom. Great deck with chairs and nice view. Just a little outside of town. Overall very happy."

"Very cute, as pictured. Clean and comfortable beds. A nice fan in the loft. There's 3 cabins in a row so you have to close the shades for privacy but all the windows have black out shades. Was extremely windy while we were there, not sure if that is common there. The house stayed cozy even with the extreme winds, power and internet worked fine. "

"We had concerns before we got to the hotel based on the reviews but the apartment was awesome! The beds were ready for us with kids’ beds ready too and the kitchen functioned very well for us. The bedding was soft and felt pretty new. It was a comfortable stay. The location was great too. We can just walked to the lake with a bunch of unique houses and views. "
