"Front desk guy who checked us in was good. The lady, however, put us in a spa room next to a room under construction. Tile saw was in use. Upon return to office for room change, the guy asked if she assigned room upon rental rate. Her answer was yes. We had a $25 reduction from Expedia. We dont feel this credit should have warranted a bad location room. ESPECIALLY since the property was not full! Total lack of customer service on her part and just because she COULD! Multiple hairs in spa tub. Photos taken. Not a pleasant experience when a little customer service could have gone a long way to resolve."
